People (human resources in all role categories) is an important element for Plasmedia, because the competence of people becomes Plasmedia success backbone.

Also important is the fact to transform competence to results. For that reason, Plasmedia has a principle of balance between competence, results, and compensation as described in the following figure:

Over 100 people in Plasmedia are ready to present their competence to give the result that is just right. The acknowledgements are given from credible institutions (ISACA, Microsoft, Oracle) in several certifications for our people.

Our solution is starting from people who have the intelligence and skill to create methods to solve the business life’s problems. We have "People Power" which is in form of knowledge, attitude, skill and performance that will be dedicated to provide the right problem solver.
