BUSINESS ANALYST (BA)

General Qualification 

• Work Experience at least 3 years.
• S1 is a must ffrom any major, IT preferably.

• Good communcation and negotiation skill both in Indonesia and English
• Very high attention to detail.
• Having experience in heavy interaction with customer.
• Good leadership quality and negotiation skill.
• Able to work in team, under pressure and tight deadline.
• Experienced as project manager.

• Mastered full cycle of project from user requirment, development, testing, deployment, testing, and maintenance at least for 3 - 4 years.
• Proficient in task management betwen project team and client's team.
• Good understanding in making of good Functional Specification Document (FSD)
• Have experience skills in documentation and administration (such as document versioning, Minutes of Meeting - MOM, etc)
• Well organised and having a good documentation practices.
• Good understanding in .NET application development, i.e : web, web service, desktop, etc.
• Good understanding in Sharepoint application development is a plus.
• Good Understanding in making of Use case (Diagram and Scenario), and designing User Interface (mock-up using Microsoft Visio).
• Mastered risk management and mitigation.
• Good negotiation skill to customer for maintaining project scope or change request.
